Preparation and Security:

• Please have someone present in the room while our team sets up the decoration.
• Ensure the safety of your valuable items during the decoration process.
• Note that you cannot select a message card for this product, as it won’t be delivered with the decoration.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time, you’ll receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time will result in a 50% refund.
• No refunds are possible for cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled delivery.

Delivery Information:

• The displayed image is indicative; the actual product may vary in shape, color, or design depending on availability.
• We can set up the decoration either at your location or in a hotel room, provided you obtain permission from the hotel.
• If you have any complaints, please notify us within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
• After we’ve attempted the decoration, rescheduling or cancellation is not possible.

Care Instructions:

• Keep balloons away from children as uninflated or broken balloons can pose choking hazards.
• Balloons will be affixed using cello tape instead of helium due to safety reasons.
• Remove the cello tape immediately after the event. If the tape causes any damage to the wall, use a hairdryer to apply hot air to the tape, preventing damage.
